Terms and Conditions
1. Only small and marginal farmers are eligible to this loan
2. The animals will be bought by the Purchase Committee, comprising the bank representative,
applicant, a Government veterinary doctor and representative of the insurance company.
The committee will ensure that the animals are healthy and four-six years old.
3. The borrower must have proper arrangement for dry and green fodder.
4. Animals and goods purchased through loan must be insured.
5. The loan has to be refunded in five years, in 10 equal half-yearly installments.
