If you have chosen a business which is too large for you and your family to run,
you will have to:

- Recruit skilled and unskilled workers. If you do not know enough about the business
you are setting up, you can recruit an experienced person to manage it for you.
You can do this either through advertisements or through the Employment Exchange.
- Ensure that the technical personnel in your unit possess the following basic skills:
- Technical knowledge relating to the job
- Relevant knowledge and adequate experience
- Ability to express ideas
